A funny ole two weeks

It certainly has been a funny ole two weeks – Alonso won the Singapur grand prix in his Seat ibiza – sorry Flavio! Both Real madrid and Barcelona got off to a reasonable start in The Champions League – yeah footy’s back on the TV in case you forgot!
I’m going to give a thumbs down for the Barcelona FC players that celebrated in front of the Boixos Nois the other day after their win over Espanyol in the local derby – quite pathetic to see – even young Bojan got roped in on that one!
Had to laugh when Zapatero told the yanks that Spain has the best economy in the world! Maybe after he realised that Spain doesn’t really have any Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley’s or Lehman Brothers..oops! Mind you didn’t laugh when The Financial Times said it was more or less true!! Gulp!!
I’ve just been for a walk around The Raval area near Las Ramblas as it’s my lunch time and I had to direct a poor English couple who had their wallet pinched! Some things don’t change, do they?

I agree – I saw the problems the Boixos Nois caused on TV and it looked like some of the Barcelona stars were celebrating with them! Not good.
